Key Responsibilities:


  • Answer customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate policy information.

  • Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and renewals.

  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring complete and up-to-date information.

  • Identify sales opportunities and assist in promoting relevant insurance products and services to customers.

Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, especially in insurance or related fields.

  • Bilingual skills in Russian or Ukrainian, in addition to English, are a bonus.

  • Must either possess or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health licenses.

  • A customer-first mindset, with the ability to drive customer retention and satisfaction while identifying sales opportunities.
