What You’ll Do in This Role:
✔️ Work on-site in the office M-F 8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m.
✔️ Greet clients and answer phones with professionalism and warmth
✔️ Provide general administrative technical support to agents and managers
✔️ Assist with file prep and data entry
✔️ Learn the ins and outs of real estate through hands-on experience
✔️ Support communication between our agents, buyers, and sellers
✔️ Maintain a high level of organization in a dynamic environment
What We’re Looking For:
Strong interest in real estate or title work
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn, grow and handle special projects with a can do attitude
Friendly and team-oriented
️ Experience with Adobe, Canva and Social Media is a plus
Pay range: $13.50/hour
