Job DescriptionDo you have a passion for aesthetics and the hustle to match?We’re looking for a motivated, high-performing Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth for a busy Chicago-based medspa.This role is ideal for someone with a proven background in consultative sales, luxury service environments, or health/wellness, who thrives in a goal-oriented setting and brings charisma, structure, and energy to the team. Responsibilities:
- Own the sales process from lead to close—consultations, memberships, packages, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation and campaign ROI
- Coach providers and front desk on sales scripts, upgrade strategies, and closing techniques
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales KPIs and report to leadership
- Manage CRM and lead pipeline to ensure no opportunity is missed
- Host in-house events, VIP nights, and client appreciation activations
- Upsell skincare, body services, and injectables in a patient-first, ethical manner
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in sales management, luxury retail, wellness, or aesthetics
- Charismatic, persuasive, and confident in high-ticket consultations
- Data-driven mindset: knows how to track and improve KPIs
- Skilled in EMR/CRM systems (e.g., Aesthetic Record, Zenoti, Boulevard, Salesforce)
- Able to lead sales meetings and coach team members
- Self-starter with a “no task beneath me” attitude
- Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and results-driven wellness
