Overview
We’re looking for someone who goes beyond deliveries. This role is about building relationships with store managers, making sure shelves are stocked, and helping customers succeed. You’ll still be driving a company-provided vehicle and handling deliveries, but the real focus is understanding each store’s needs, planning ahead, and being part of a team that solves problems together.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with store managers to understand sales trends and forecast their needs.

  • Deliver product and set up displays, making sure POS materials look great.

  • Track inventory and recommend reorder quantities to avoid out-of-stock issues.

  • Collect payments and keep accurate records.

  • Work as part of a team to cover routes, share updates, and support each other.

  • Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity, and a customer-first mindset.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who values people over “just deliveries.”

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/move cases (~40 lbs).

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or merchandising is a plus.
