Job Description

The NVC Corporate Office in Denver is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Research Analyst to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for a talented writer and researcher who is passionate about analyzing various real estate markets and wants to build a long-term career with a supportive, respectful, and quality-focused company.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of business writing and analysis, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling, and accurate reports.

Job Responsibilities:

Research, analyze, and produce detailed written reports on various real estate industry types, including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, land, condos, and resorts.
Gather data from diverse sources, including government websites, proprietary and public web-based platforms, interviews with market participants, and various documents.
Critically analyze all data and information to draw well-supported conclusions and provide valuable insights for reports.
Ensure the highest level of quality in all final products by meticulously proofreading and editing documents, reports, and data tables for accuracy, clarity, and professional presentation.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Exceptional business writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential. This role requires the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling, and accurate reports.
Strong analytical and research skills with a proven ability to interpret and present data in a structured, written format.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to organize and manage large data sets within Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Qualifications:

Required: An undergraduate degree, preferably in a field emphasizing writing, research, or analysis, such as English, Communications, Journalism, Geography, Business Writing, or Technical Writing.
Strong work ethic and a desire to remain in the position long-term.
Ability to understand departmental operations, procedures, and adapt to evolving systems and processes.
