The NVC Corporate Office in Denver is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Research Analyst to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for a talented writer and researcher who is passionate about analyzing various real estate markets and wants to build a long-term career with a supportive, respectful, and quality-focused company.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of business writing and analysis, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling, and accurate reports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and produce detailed written reports on various real estate industry types, including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, land, condos, and resorts.
- Gather data from diverse sources, including government websites, proprietary and public web-based platforms, interviews with market participants, and various documents.
- Critically analyze all data and information to draw well-supported conclusions and provide valuable insights for reports.
- Ensure the highest level of quality in all final products by meticulously proofreading and editing documents, reports, and data tables for accuracy, clarity, and professional presentation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional business writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential. This role requires the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling, and accurate reports.
- Strong analytical and research skills with a proven ability to interpret and present data in a structured, written format.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to organize and manage large data sets within Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Qualifications:
- Required: An undergraduate degree, preferably in a field emphasizing writing, research, or analysis, such as English, Communications, Journalism, Geography, Business Writing, or Technical Writing.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to remain in the position long-term.
- Ability to understand departmental operations, procedures, and adapt to evolving systems and processes.
