Job Description

Personalization Technician Job Summary: A locally recognized and growing company within the RFID Manufacturing Industry is looking for a few Technical Machine Operators to join their personalization team! These individuals will be responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of technical production equipment.

Personalization Technician Responsibilities:

Operate, calibrate, and maintain RFID converting and printing machines
Monitors machine to ensure efficient production per customer order
Responsible for startup and shut down of assigned production machine
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate machine operating difficulties
Complete required paperwork and checklists as required

Schedule & Pay:

1st Shift 5am - 3:30pm Monday to Thursday, with overtime as desired
$20.30/HR

Personalization Technician Qualifications:

3-5 years of technical machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment
Mechanically inclined
Likes to troubleshoot, learn, understand how/why things work
Very comfortable with computer software and technology
Comfortable measuring to 16th of an inch
High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, positive attitude, self-motivated, comfortable working independently
