Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school psychologist position is available for the full school year contract at a high school in Warren, MI. This role offers the opportunity to support students academic, emotional, and social development in a diverse educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify and understand student needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and IEP teams to promote student success
- Provide counseling and social-emotional support services
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and assist with behavioral and educational planning
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid school psychologist credential/license appropriate for Michigan
- Experience working with K-12 student populations in school settings
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and intervention planning
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively within diverse teams
