Your Role

  • Handle and supervise the chemical production machinery to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety standards.

  • Follow established SOPs and prioritize safety procedures to maintain workplace safety.

  • Perform regular checks on machinery, identifying and addressing potential malfunctions.

  • Keep thorough records of production activities, including quality control and batch logs.

  • Contribute to process optimization and teamwork to enhance productivity.

  • Accurately manage the flow and distribution of various mixtures in equipment.

  • Engage in routine upkeep and problem-solving related to production gear.

  • Comply with all environmental rules and procedures regarding chemical operations.

  • Package products according to client requirements, maintaining precision and consistency.

What We're Looking For

  • A high school diploma or GED; additional technical training is advantageous.
  • Preferably, some experience in chemical production or a similar sector.
  • Strong comprehension of safety practices in a manufacturing setting.
  • Skilled in equipment operation and troubleshooting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with robust problem-solving capabilities.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible availability, potentially working evenings or weekends if needed.
  • Capability to uphold quality standards independently and collaboratively.
  • Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Able to understand and execute both written and oral instructions efficiently.
  • Proficiency in basic math operations.
  • Certified in forklift handling and safety protocols.
  • Must remain clean-shaven for proper respirator fitting.
  • Adept at observing and reacting to issues promptly.
  • Adeptness at adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic digital literacy.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Physically capable of climbing and navigating stairs.
  • Must navigate varied environmental conditions such as temperature fluctuations, noise, and the requirement to wear protective gear.
