What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide strong leadership in daily operations and administration of the school
- Support and mentor a passionate team of early childhood educators
- Ensure curriculum implementation and compliance with all local/state regulations
- Foster warm, trusting relationships with families and the wider community
- Keep detailed records — from staffing and attendance to licensing documents
- Promote a clean, safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children and staff
- Be the go-to problem-solver, coach, and culture-builder
What You'll Bring:
- 21 years or older
- FL Director's Credential with VPK endorsement
- Active CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
- DCF 45 hours completed and active
- 2–3 years of leadership/administrative experience in a licensed childcare setting
- CPR & First Aid certified
- Clear background check
