We are looking to hire a friendly, energetic, and helpful person to fill Full-time Front End Supervisor position. This candidate must be able to lead a small group, write a schedule, and communicate consistently with other management and fellow employees. Strong organizational skills are a must!
Customer service is crucial in this role so the candidate must be kind, responsible, and able to solve a variety of situations. Duties include checking out customers, collection of money for purchases, operation of a cash register, participate in hiring, assist customers with every service the store offers, and thanking our customers for shopping with Super One Foods. If you enjoy working with people this can be very rewarding work environment. This candidate will be working 40 hours a week and will be eligible for a full benefits package. Prior retail experience is appreciated.
- This position requires an employee to be able to stand at a cash register station for periods of time.
- Must be able to physically handle grocery items with typical weights of 2 lbs., and occasionally all the way up to 40 lbs.
- Work shifts may vary with flexibility in terms of scheduling.
