Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktop systems, peripherals, and related components.
• Perform system imaging and configuration to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Linux environments, and thin clients.
• Collaborate with users to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, presenting solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Manage Active Directory tasks, including user setup and access permissions.
• Research and implement solutions for technical challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades for desktop hardware and software.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively while addressing urgent issues.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols when handling confidential materials.• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of desktop hardware, peripherals, and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
• Familiarity with Linux systems, thin clients, and system imaging processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other business software.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for problem-solving.
• Ability to research and stay updated on industry-related tools and solutions.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
