We’re looking for a Copier Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with a dynamic, evolving company. This role involves setting up, installing, maintaining, and repairing copiers—both in our shop and out in the field.
Responsibilities

Provide excellent on-site and remote customer service and support.

Educate clients on copier functions such as printing, scanning, and faxing.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and professionalism.

Complete service reports and communicate clearly with dispatch.

Order parts as needed for repairs.

Qualifications

3–5 years of copier technician experience

Basic networking knowledge is a plus

Must have a valid driver’s license
