Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Onboarding to join our team! This role is crucial to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all incoming and exiting talent, with a significant focus on our temporary labor program. This is an administrative and operational role managing the full talent life cycle, and it is not a recruiting position.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Onboarding Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires (both temporary and full-time equivalent (FTE)) throughout the onboarding process.
- Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks related to new employee setup, including documentation, system access, and introductory communications.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements during the onboarding phase.
- Facilitate a positive and efficient initial experience for all new members of the Allspring workforce.
- Temporary Labor Program Support:

- Administer the end-to-end life cycle for temporary labor, including documentation, engagement management, and offboarding.
- Act as a liaison between external staffing agencies, internal stakeholders, and temporary workers to ensure program efficiency.
- Workforce Offboarding:

- Handle all administrative processes related to employee offboarding (both temporary and FTE), ensuring a smooth transition and timely completion of necessary exit procedures.
- Manage the collection of company assets, final payroll coordination, and system deactivation.
- HRIS & Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Experience with UKG is highly desired but not required.
- Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the efficiency of onboarding and offboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Experience:
-
- Proven experience in a corporate setting managing the full talent life cycle, with a focus on onboarding and offboarding/workforce administration.
- 5+ years of experience within the financial services industry is highly preferred.

- Strong administrative and operational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
