Under the general supervision of Associate Director of Billing, an individual in this position will perform moderate to complex customer billing and problem resolution functions.
The Billing Analyst is responsible for:

processing timely and accurate bills as well as delivering to customers
-
Entering data, verifying, and analyzing customer information to determine actions necessary to produce accurate billing through the pre-bill process
-
Calculating billing adjustments
-
Researching and determining if accounts have been accurately billed
-
Resolving billing problems
-
Performing related duties as assigned.
