Role Overview
As a Manager Client Acquisition, you’ll leverage your connections and industry knowledge to attract and onboard new clients. We encourage you to maximize your sales potential: generate new business, nurture existing client relationships, and open doors—while our recruitment delivery team and collaborative network focus on sourcing and filling roles for your portfolio.


What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, develop, and manage your book of clients across industries such as Technology, Legal, Healthcare, Finance, HR, Manufacturing, and Hospitality

  • Focus exclusively on sales, client introductions, and relationship management

  • Transfer your client searches to expert recruiters and talent specialists within our collaborative network

  • Maximize revenue by leveraging your network, splitting placement fees with recruiting partners who fill your jobs

  • Remain fully independent while enjoying access to shared resources, advanced recruiting technology, and a vibrant peer community

  • Participate in shared wins and celebrate every successful placement—even when you don’t handle fulfillment

Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based, business development role. Earn a significant share of placement fees from every successful client introduction—without having to fill the jobs yourself. Payment is made upon client invoice collection.
