A luxury condominium in Aventura, FL is seeking a professional and dependable Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality mindset who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a high-end residential environment.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries

Monitor building access and follow established security procedures

Log visitors, deliveries, and packages accurately

Communicate effectively with management, maintenance, and security teams

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

Address resident concerns with professionalism and discretion
Requirements

1+ year experience in hospitality, concierge, or front desk/customer service

Strong communication and customer service skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
