This position plays a key role in developing and testing instruments and consumables to support ongoing product development and commercialization efforts.Job Duties:
- Perform microbiological testing to support study protocols and new product development (instruments, AST panels, consumables).
- Analyze and interpret data from completed assays and experiments.
- Inspect and process biological samples and consumables using aseptic techniques.
- Prepare and present experiment reports, including results and failure investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
- Support daily lab operations including equipment maintenance, cleaning, and documentation.
- Perform additional lab-related tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a related scientific field required.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; strong team collaboration mindset.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and FDA Quality System Regulations preferred.
