Description:
The Training Specialist is responsible for implementing and facilitating training programs within assigned areas of the organization. This role works collaboratively with Instructional Designers to support the development and testing of learning activities, training materials, facilitator guides, lesson plans, and class schedules.
Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions, monitoring training effectiveness, and recommending improvements to enhance program quality. The specialist will analyze operational processes and procedures to identify effective training solutions, assess organizational learning needs, and present findings and recommendations to management.
Additionally, this position provides support to branch operations to help meet business objectives. The role may involve performing routine tasks of limited scope that require basic research and review.
If selected for a Mortgage–MLO–related position, the candidate must register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) prior to assuming job duties. This process includes fingerprinting and background checks.
