VocoVision is searching for talented Special Education Teachers to join our virtual instruction team. We provide innovative remote educational services to support students with special needs across the country.
Position Details

• 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
• Elementary (K-5) focus
• Supporting students with autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disabilities
• Average caseload of 40-45 students
• bination of resource room support and inclusive classroom assistance
• Virtual instruction through our secure digital platform

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of student IEPs
• Create engaging virtual lesson plans targeting specific learning objectives
• Utilize evidence-based practices adapted for online delivery
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and data collection
• Collaborate with general education teachers on appropriate acmodations
• Maintain ongoing munication with parents and school staff
• Facilitate virtual IEP meetings and parent conferences
• Develop and share digital resources for supporting students at home

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid Kentucky special education teaching license
• Minimum of 2 years of school-based teaching experience
• Knowledge of special education laws and best practices
• Experience with virtual instruction preferred
• Strong technology skills for effective online teaching
• Excellent munication abilities for remote collaboration
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup
