A growing and dynamic commercial general contractor committed to quality, safety, and client satisfaction. We specialize in a wide range of commercial construction projects and are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our experienced team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Commercial Project Manager with 5+ years of experience overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of construction management processes, and the ability to lead project teams while maintaining timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure full understanding of scope and deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Issue and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety in collaboration with field superintendents.

  • Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.

  • Utilize Procore (or similar project management software) for document control and reporting.

  • Track job costs, approve invoices, and ensure timely billing and closeout.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling.

  • Procore experience required.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
