Position Overview:We are looking for reliable Semi Skilled Laborers with JLA Badge who can perform a variety of tasks to support our skilled tradespeople on construction sites in West Palm Beach. Candidates must have their own transportation and be ready to work hard in a dynamic environment. We are looking for individuals who have experience doing any of the following:
- Carpentry
- Roofing
- Demo
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up barriers.
- Handle and transport materials and equipment to and from the construction site.
- Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and lifting materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of waste materials and tidying up work areas.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Compensation: $17.00/Hr - $22.00/Hr
Requirements:
Must have JLA Badge (Jessica Lunsford Act Badge)
- Own reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take directions from supervisors.
- Must have basic PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as a hard hat, safety glasses, work gloves, and steel-toe boots.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
