Job Description
As a Fence Installer, you’ll start each day at our shop, loading trucks and trailers with materials needed for that day’s job. This is an outdoor position, and you’ll be working in various weather conditions. We’re looking for team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring a great attitude, and take pride in quality craftsmanship. Some overnight travel may be required.
What You'll Do:
- Measure and lay out fence lines to ensure proper installation on customer properties
- Install a variety of fencing types with precision and attention to detail
- Operate equipment safely and responsibly
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure trucks/trailers are loaded correctly and safely
- Unload and clean trucks/trailers at the end of each workday
- Provide courteous, professional interaction with customers on-site
- Assist with other tasks and duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Enjoys working outdoors in all types of weather
- Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with physical labor and fast-paced work
- Willingness to travel overnight when required
- Experience in fence installation is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
