The Brookmere Hotel and Regent Restaurant & Bar, opened in December 2024, situated just a mile from the Saratoga Racetrack and abutting Saratoga National Golf Course. The 10-acre site, formerly known as Longfellows Hotel, Restaurant, and Conference Center is home for the new 88-room upper-upscale hotel, full-service Restaurant and Bar with seasonal outdoor porch, Spa, Banquet facility with 6,000 sq.ft. of meeting and event space, and private access to Lake Lonely. Bonacio Construction leads the development, partnering with Hay Creek Hotels as managing partners.

responsible for managing a hotel's financial operations and acting as a guest service representative during the overnight shift. They reconcile daily financial transactions, prepare reports, assist guests with check-in/out, and handle their requests. In essence, they maintain financial integrity and operational flow during the night.

  • Financial Audit:

Audit and reconcile all day's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in guest folios, payment processing, and revenue across departments.

  • * Report Generation:

Prepare detailed financial summaries for managerial oversight and prepare reports for the next day's work.

  • * Guest Services:

Assist late-night guests with check-in/out, answer questions, and address their requests.

  • * Front Desk Duties:

Manage front desk responsibilities, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive guest experience.

  • * Property Safety:

Monitor the property for safety and security, addressing any discrepancies or concerns.

  • * Coordination:

Work with other hotel staff to coordinate room service, cleaning requests, and other guest needs.

  • * Preparation for Next Day:

Prepare the hotel for the arrival of the next day's staff, ensuring all systems are in order.



  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate smoothly and professionally under high stress situations.
  • customer service experience a plus

  • knowledge of bookkeeping,
  • computer literacy,
  • strong organizational and communication skills.
  • They need to be detail-oriented
  • able to multitask efficiently while working independently, often alone on the night shift.
