Position: Facilities Maintenance Technician – HVAC Certified
Shift: 1st Shift (8 hours)
Compensation: $25–$29 per hour


Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician II – HVAC Certified to support the day-to-day maintenance and repair needs of our facility. This hands-on role requires expertise in HVAC systems as well as general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance tasks.

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will work as part of the maintenance team to ensure that all building systems operate efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include inspecting, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems, performing routine preventive maintenance, responding to work orders, and supporting larger facility improvement projects as needed.

This position requires a valid HVAC certification, a strong work ethic, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with CMMS platforms and a solid understanding of safety protocols.
