Pay: $36 per hour
Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with overtime and some Saturdays

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and welding symbols.
- Perform precise TIG and Stick welding on carbon steel piping systems.
- Fit, align, and weld pipe systems in accordance with specifications.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.
- Ensure a clean, organized work area while following all safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable TIG and Stick welding experience.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and isometric drawings.
- Experience in industrial or mechanical construction settings.
- Must have OSHA 10 certification.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
- Reliable transportation to and from Augusta, GA job sites.
