Position Overview:
This is a key revenue-driving role. The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional first impression while actively supporting treatment and retail sales. You will educate clients on services, promote memberships and packages, and help maximize each clients visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a luxury experience from arrival to departure
- Schedule, confirm, and optimize appointments to maximize provider productivity
- Proactively recommend treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products
- Educate clients on promotions, events, and loyalty programs
- Convert phone, text, and online inquiries into booked appointments
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and retail transactions
- Maintain an organized, immaculate front desk and lobby
- Support daily administrative tasks, inventory tracking, and retail displays
- Collaborate with providers to support treatment plans and follow-up bookings
Sales & Revenue Expectations:
- Meet or exceed monthly booking and retail sales goals
- Upsell add-on services and skincare products
- Rebook clients at checkout and promote long-term treatment plans
- Track and follow up on leads, consults, and missed opportunities
Qualifications:
- 12 years experience in a medspa, medical office, or luxury service environment preferred
- Proven sales or customer service experience with confidence discussing pricing
- Tech-savvy with EMR/scheduling software (Aesthetic Record, Boulevard, Vagaro a plus)
- Strong communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and client results
