At Percy, we’re building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We’re currently seeking a full-time landscaper to help out at a property near Blasdell.
This is a great role for a hands-on technician who enjoys outdoor work, grounds care, and home repairs. You’ll handle daily landscaping, seasonal snow plowing, and a wide range of home maintenance tasks while working a steady weekday schedule and partnering with supportive on-site leadership to keep the community safe, clean, and resident-ready.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily grounds care, including mowing, edging, trimming, and debris pickup
- Complete basic home repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Safely operate community equipment and tools, including plow trucks and power tools
- Collaborate with and report to the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Experience with snow removal and plowing
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift or move up to 75 pounds
- High School Diploma or GED
