Lead Private Pre-K Teacher
Location: Cumming, GA 30041
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $16.50 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

We are seeking a Lead Pre-K Teacher who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about working with young children. Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly lesson plans and carry them out in alignment with curriculum goals

• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting classroom environment

• Prepare electronic daily sheets to keep parents informed of their child’s progress

• Conduct assessments on each child twice a year and track developmental milestones

• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding classroom activities and planning

• Attend meetings and training sessions required for the role

• Work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule without outside conflicts

• Complete early childhood education courses as required by Bright from the Start

Qualifications

• Previous experience in early childhood education preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work well with children, parents, and staff in a collaborative environment

• Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for teaching and childcare

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $16.50 – $17.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials
