System Admin/End User Support - Rochester, NH
- PT- 20 hours per week - Two 10 hour days is preferred
- 4 months with possible extension
Scope of Work
System Administration Tasks:
- Perform monthly Windows server security updates
- Troubleshoot data outlet issues, including tracing wires to ensure correct switch port configuration
- Follow up with Digit/SAE IT/Group/SAPi teams for SNOW ticket resolutions
- Assist Data Developer with scripting and TV dashboard setup
- Create custom Lansweeper reports (SQL experience preferred)
Workplace Support Tasks:
- Image and update PCs as needed
- Document UPS usage and coordinate with Maintenance for battery installation
- Provide assistance with inventory room cleanup and organization
- Offer end-user support for IT-related issues
- Perform other inventory tasks as required
