Job DescriptionProject Manager

We have developed a team of 50+ construction professionals, experienced in all types of commercial construction and delivery methods. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team in Oklahoma City or Tulsa, Oklahoma. We're known for delivering high-quality construction projects with integrity, innovation, and a commitment to client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
-Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
-Prepare and oversee project budgets, cost reports, and financial forecasts
-Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time delivery
-Lead subcontractor selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance oversight
-Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures
-Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues
-Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation
-Drive project close-out activities, ensuring client satisfaction and contract fulfillment

Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
-5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
-Strong understanding of construction means/methods, building codes, and safety standards
-Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
-Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Strong financial acumen and contract management experience
