Location: Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Temporary, 2 months

Summary:
We are hiring a detail-oriented HR Data Entry Specialist to support our HRIS team. The role will focus on data cleanup, entry, and reporting to ensure accurate employee records during a system migration project.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter employee information into HRIS and verify data accuracy

  • Audit and update personnel files for compliance

  • Generate simple reports and spreadsheets as directed

  • Assist with preparation of employee communications

Qualifications:

  • Previous data entry or clerical experience required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail

  • Comfort working with confidential HR information

Compensation: $20–22/hr



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
