We are currently in search of a lead-by-example Restaurant Manager to join our team!
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to join our team at our French restaurant in Hoboken, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a restaurant and a passion for the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met, and managing the restaurant’s wine list & special events. Requirements
- Familiar with French Cuisine
- French language ability is a plus.
- Strong beverage knowledge
- Experience with administrative tasks including inventory and scheduling.
- A long-term commitment to excellence and team success
Responsibilities will include,
- Hiring and training for the front of house team.
- Upholding company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff
- Oversee and ensure that all company systems and policies are maintained.
- Make sure all new employees go through the proper training and have all the necessary tools to be successful in their position.
- Enforce and maintain all labor laws and practices.
- Train values and maintain the integrity of the culture.
