Job DescriptionWelder: Sharon, WisconsinOur customer in Sharon, Wisconsin is seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join their team. We’re hiring Welders to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Welder, you will fabricate metals using various tools, equipment, and machines, ensuring parts are prepared accurately for assembly.Responsibilities of the Welder:
- Gather required tools and materials based on instructions and specifications on the work order.
- Properly position and secure metal in machines prior to fabrication.
- Measure, cut, and fabricate metal according to specifications, blueprints, or directions.
- Maintain, organize, and clean equipment, parts, and work area as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
Welder Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in welding and metal fabrication; ability to use various tools.
- Basic understanding of design principles, technical plans, drawings, models, and blueprints.
- Capable of working under general supervision with guidance from team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of mathematics.
Pay for Welder: $23.00/hourWelder Benefits:
- Temp-to-perm job opportunity

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 3:00pm – 11:00pm (training on 1st shift 7:00am – 3:00pm until trained)Apply now!
