Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair split system ACs, heat pumps, gas and oil furnaces, and ductless mini splits.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of service and repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician in light commercial and/or multifamily settings.
• Current EPA Type II Certification.
• Journeyman License is highly preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background checks.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
