Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day front desk operations and supporting administrative tasks to maintain smooth workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and visitors warmly, providing assistance and ensuring a positive first impression.
• Organize and facilitate team meetings, including preparing materials and scheduling.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and logging items.
• Handle scanning and sending documents accurately and promptly.
• Operate a multi-line phone system to answer and direct inbound calls in a courteous manner.
• Support concierge services by addressing client and team inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold a detail-oriented atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless administrative support.
• Provide general assistance to staff and clients as needed.• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, with a focus on detail-oriented communication.
• Skilled in operating multi-line phone systems and managing inbound calls.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in handling mail and documents.
• Proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners and fax machines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment.
• Familiarity with concierge or client service tasks.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Previous experience in a CPA firm or similar environment is preferred.
