We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst on our Development & Analytics team to play a key role in delivering high-quality digital products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new features meet expectations, drive testing excellence, and help shape the future of our QA processes. This is an in office position
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define feature acceptance criteria
- Plan, execute, and oversee testing to ensure features meet quality standards across multiple teams
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing across various products
- Document QA activities through internal reports and audits
- Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and QA practices
- Identify opportunities for test automation and recommend automated test cases
- Recommend improvements to QA processes and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Test websites, web apps, COTS products, and microservices using tools like Postman
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field is required
- A minimum of three years as an IT Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role, strongly preferred
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- Exposure to automation testing and testing tools like Selenium or Appium
- Experience with Azure Dev Op’s or Jira for managing stories and features
- Usage of tools like Postman or Swagger to test API’s
- Familiar with the Agile SDLC and its ceremonies
