The Radisson Suite Hotel Oceanfront is looking for an experienced Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
- Manage guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette and responsiveness.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software.
- Assist guests with their needs, including room assignments, local information, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and balanced.
- Maintain guest relations by resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest comfort.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
- Familiarity with hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of hotel procedures such as night audit processes, guest services, and resort operations enhances your fit for this role.
