You start your shift with a clear plan and a clean station. You scan and verify materials, choose the right scale, and let the Weight Assisted Computer (WAC) guide precise fills. You log each move in MES and SAP, confirm every pack-out and delivery quantity, and finish with a perfect label and a secure seal. Quality, safety, and teamwork define your day.
Your mission
- Weigh and fill liquid chemicals accurately according to recipes and work instructions.
- Follow documented packing procedures: scanning, scale testing/selection, and WAC-supported weighing.
- Use MES and SAP to inventory containers, enter actual packed amounts, reconcile scrap, and confirm deliveries.
- Manage labels end-to-end—print/reprint, select correct sizes, apply precisely, and dispose of extras/misprints.
- Close containers with proper crimping and apply tamper-evidence seals to standard.
- Maintain PPE, housekeeping, and compliance with GMP/HACCP, sustaining a safe and organized environment.
What sets you up for success
- High School diploma or equivalent; prior manufacturing experience welcome.
- 1 year of chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with GMP and HACCP approaches.
- Comfort with strong odors/allergens; ability to stand for 8 hours.
- Strength to frequently handle a 35 lb product hose and move/lift/pull/push up to 50 lbs.

Pay and perks
Offers reflect a defined salary/wage scale and consider skills, experience, education/training, and work location. Salary $23.00.
