Responsibilities:
• Maintain and enhance network and security systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide consistent support for hardware and software across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with the IS& T Manager to align technical operations with business strategies.
• Mentor and guide the Deskside Support Specialist to foster their growth and effectiveness.
• Respond promptly to critical on-call support needs, including nights and weekends.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Implement configuration management practices to streamline technology processes.
• Manage and support Active Directory accounts and permissions.
• Ensure proper backup procedures are in place and functioning effectively.
• Utilize expertise in Cisco, Citrix, and Dell technologies to address system-related challenges.• Proficiency in network security and configuration management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving technical problems.
• Familiarity with technologies including Cisco, Citrix, and Dell hardware.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and backup solutions.
• Experience working with Apple devices and Android development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
