What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the daily operations of our school
- Guide, support, and train our wonderful staff
- Oversee curriculum implementation with creativity and care
- Maintain safety, compliance, and strong parent relationships
- Keep the school running smoothly, warmly, and efficiently!
What You Bring:
- 21+ years of age
- Active CDA or a Degree in Early Childhood Education
- 40-Hour Director Training
- 1+ year of Director/Admin experience in a licensed facility
- CPR & First Aid Certified
- Able to pass a background check
- Flexible to work rotating shifts from 6AM–6PM, Monday–Friday
