Now Hiring: Journeyman Electricians – Fayetteville, AR
Pay: $45–$48 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 50–60 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Saturday (6–10 hour shifts)
Per Diem: $100 per day (for eligible travel days)

Position Overview:
Journeyman Electricians will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in an industrial setting. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and terminate conduit, wiring, and electrical panels
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, control systems, and other electrical equipment
- Perform testing and inspections to ensure code compliance
- Maintain and document work on electrical systems
- Follow OSHA and site-specific safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license (state-recognized)
- 3+ years of experience in electrical work (industrial or commercial preferred)
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documents
- Proficiency with tools and equipment used in electrical installations
- Reliable transportation to the job site in Fayetteville, AR
- Willingness to work 50+ hours per week, including overtime
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
