We are a busy, customer-focused automotive dealership seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming voice and support for our Service Department.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet customers with professionalism, empathy and a smile on the phone!

  • Great Phone communication skills!

  • Schedule and confirm service appointments with accuracy and care

  • Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle service needs

  • Work closely with Service Advisors and Management to ensure an excellent customer experience

  • Direct customer questions and concerns to appropriate person.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous customer service experience (automotive service or dealership background preferred)

  • Strong, clear communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills with Customer retention software.

  • Microsoft office experience

  • A friendly, professional demeanor with genuine care for customers

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented.

  • Team player with a positive attitude
