We are a busy, customer-focused automotive dealership seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming voice and support for our Service Department.
What You’ll Do:

Greet customers with professionalism, empathy and a smile on the phone!

Great Phone communication skills!

Schedule and confirm service appointments with accuracy and care

Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle service needs

Work closely with Service Advisors and Management to ensure an excellent customer experience

Direct customer questions and concerns to appropriate person.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous customer service experience (automotive service or dealership background preferred)

Strong, clear communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills with Customer retention software.

Microsoft office experience

A friendly, professional demeanor with genuine care for customers

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented.
