We're seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter Foreman to oversee our carpentry projects, including deck and roof construction. You'll lead a team of carpenters, ensure high-quality workmanship, and drive projects to completion on time.

1. Lead and manage a team of carpenters

2. Interpret plans and blueprints

3. Ensure quality and safety standards

4. Coordinate with project managers and superintendents

5. Train and mentor crew members

6. Conduct site inspections

*Requirements:*

1. 5+ years of carpentry experience

2. 2+ years of lead/supervisory experience

3. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques

4. Excellent communication and leadership skills

5. Physical stamina for on-site work

6. Local building code knowledge
