Experienced Grader- LandscapingWe are seeking an experienced Grading Equipment Operator (Grader) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating skid steers and using laser levels to prepare flat, precise surfaces for residential construction projects.Full-TimeTemp to Hire Opportunity!06:30 AM – 06:30 PM (hours may vary)Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 / Per Hour – based on experience Get paid every Friday!Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a skid steer in confined spaces.
- Use laser levels to ensure accurate grading for house foundations.
- Perform daily maintenance and basic equipment inspections.
- Grade, cut, and fill around foundations to ensure proper drainage.
- Complete final grading to prepare areas for sod installation.
- Manual labor is included as part of the job duties.
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in grading/leveling.
- Proficiency in operating skid steers and using laser levels.
- Valid driver’s license – required.
- Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work long hours and adapt to project changes.
