What Youll Do:
- Be the herodeliver top-notch customer service with a professional, can-do attitude.
- Master your craftget hands-on with restoration services, equipment, and industry best practices.
- Roll up your sleevestackle demolition, water extraction, fire cleanup, and more to help customers recover.
- Stay readykeep work vehicles stocked, organized, and looking sharp.
- Set the stageprep job sites for water mitigation, fire damage cleanup, demolition, and content restoration.
- Work smart, work safefollow all safety protocols and risk management guidelines.
- Finish strongleave job sites spotless and ready for the next steps.
- Stay in synccommunicate clearly with your team to keep projects running smoothly.
- Show up and stand outbe dependable, punctual, and ready to hustle.
- Represent with pridewear the SERVPRO name with professionalism and integrity.
- Construction experience and IICRC certifications are a plus

- Answer the call Were a 24/7 emergency service, so youll need to be part of a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays, and help with large-loss and storm recovery efforts, including local and overnight travel when needed.
- Show up, ready to go Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: This position involves application of cleaning solutions and exposure to moderate noise levels when operating restoration equipment. Performing the physical activities of this position require considerable use of whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of equipment. Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently. You also need to be able to work in high places and in confined or tight spaces. You must be capable of working in water and/or fire damage environment.
