We are seeking a proven real estate professional to lead our training and development initiatives as our next Director of Agent Training.
Position Summary
The Training Manager is responsible for developing, delivering, and overseeing all training programs for newly licensed and experienced agents. This role ensures our agents are highly skilled in technology, lead generation, presentations, customer service, and real estate fundamentals. This is a leadership-level position for someone who has personally succeeded in real estate and can effectively coach others to do the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training on real estate fundamentals, including lead generation, business planning, pricing strategies, buyer/seller presentations, customer experience, and contract basics.
- Provide onboarding and launch support for newly licensed agents to help them achieve early production success.
- Train agents on essential real estate technologies, including our CRM, digital marketing tools, MLS systems, transaction platforms, and more.
- Offer ongoing development workshops for experienced agents to improve skills, systems, and production.
- Conduct in-person classes, virtual training sessions, and one-on-one coaching when needed.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, track agent progress, and make improvements to curriculum and delivery.
- Identify agent skill gaps and build targeted training solutions that support performance and production.
- Maintain organized training schedules, attendance records, and performance documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership to align training initiatives with company goals, production targets, and operational priorities.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License (must be active and in good standing).
- Proven success as a top-producing real estate agent, team leader, coach, or brokerage leader.
- Strong command of real estate processes, listing presentations, buyer consultations, contracts, negotiation, prospecting, and transaction workflows.
- Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or training agents in a professional environment.
- High proficiency with real estate technology platforms including CRM systems, MLS tools, digital marketing tools, and transaction systems.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to train effectively in classroom, virtual, and one-on-one settings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to design curriculum, manage schedules, and track performance.
- A passion for education, leadership, and helping agents grow their businesses.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in brokerage training, agent development, or management roles.
- Background in adult education, curriculum development, or instructional design.
- Experience building training programs for newly licensed agents.
