Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing entertainment firm to fill a temporary Staff Accountant Consultant position in Manhattan. We are searching for someone with strong general accounting experience and strong Excel/reporting skills. As of right now, this position will be an open-ended temporary position. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and post journal entries for income, expenses, and allocations

Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts across multiple entities

Manage intercompany transactions and ensure accuracy

Assist with monthly cash flow forecasting and variance resolution

Support quarterly and annual tax documentation

Perform treasury functions including wire/ACH setups and Positive Pay reporting

Contribute to internal and external audits

Participate in special projects and reporting tasks
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory

3+ years of general accounting experience

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups)

Experience with ERP systems; Oracle Fusion or NetSuite a plus
Employment Type/Details:

Consulting/Temporary, open-ended duration

40 hour work week with flexible schedule (9 - 6 PM, 8:30 - 5:30, etc)

Will require 3 days in office and 2 days remote
$30-40/hr
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
