Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain water and drainage systems per blueprints and plumbing codes
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues efficiently
- Mentor and train apprentices
- Perform pressure tests to ensure leak-free operation
- Maintain compliance with plumbing regulations and safety standards
- Provide on-call coverage as scheduled
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience, including completion of a 4-year apprenticeship
- Valid Florida Drivers License (minimum age 25) and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report
- Strong knowledge of plumbing blueprints, codes, tools, and equipment
- Ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, kneeling)
- Personal tools and reliable transportation
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.; Saturdays/overtime as needed
