Toddler Teacher (2-Year-Old Classroom) The Learning Experience East Brunswick
Location: The Learning Experience East Brunswick, NJ
Pay: $16$17 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday
About Us
The Learning Experience East Brunswick is looking for a caring and energetic Toddler Teacher to support our 2-year-old classroom. This age group is full of curiosity, growing independence, and big developmental leaps and were seeking someone who can nurture that growth through play, exploration, and routine.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide 2-year-olds in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
- Implement play-based activities that support early language, motor skills, social-emotional development, and independence.
- Assist with classroom routines including meal times, diapering/potty training, transitions, and rest time.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Communicate positively with families and update them on daily activities and progress.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to uphold licensing and center standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with toddlers in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting preferred.
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus (not required).
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- Must meet all New Jersey childcare licensing requirements.
