ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time School Psychologist to join our team and support students across the state through both regional and district-level assignments.Position Details
Caseload & Schedule:
This is a full-time position (MondayFriday, 7:00 AM4:00 PM).
The assignment will likely be a combination of:
- 23 days per week working with the evaluation teams at our regional evaluation center
- 23 days per week supporting one or two nearby school districts
The evaluation teams conduct assessments for students K21, across all eligibility areas, with a strong focus on:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluations
- Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CLD) populations
Current openings may include smaller districts (approximately 500 students or fewer in total enrollment).
Typical caseloads average 6075 evaluations per year, depending on district assignment.Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students across all grade levels (K21)
- Participate as a key member of evaluation and IEP teams
- Provide consultation and collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
- Support schools with data-driven intervention strategies and behavior management planning
- Maintain compliance with state and federal special education guidelines
- Prepare detailed, professional assessment reports and contribute to eligibility meetings
Requirements:
- Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology
- Oregon state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Experience with psychoeducational assessments and special education evaluations
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, 504 plans, and Oregons special education protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
